Super Plasticizer

Introduction

CONFLOW SP-1 is a high range water reducer cum super plasticiser for concrete. The product imparts high workability with addition of extra water or to enable large water reductions to be made for high early & ultimate strength. CONFLOW SP-1 is a powerful super plasticizer-dispersing agent based on modified sulphonated naphthalene formal delye condestate. Conflow SP-1 produce flowing concrete with higher strength. Followable concrete allows rapid placing with little or no vibration & makes concrete dense & durable. Water reduction up to 30% is possible.

(2) Floor slabs.

(4) R.C.C walls, columns, beams.
(5) Pump concreting.

(7) Ready mix concreting.

Application Guidelines

300 ml to 700 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials. Overdosing may lead to excessive retardation or segregations. To mixed with water the mixed with water to be dispersed in mixer.

PACKING: 1,5,10,50 & 100 liter packing.

Shelf Life

The product has a shelf life of one year is stored in sealed container in dry & shaded area.
