GROUT EP
Ultra High Strength, Pourable Epoxy Resin Grout

Introduction

GROUT EP is a three component, solvent-free, pre-packed, ready-to-use, high strength, non-shrink, pourable grouting system. GROUT EP has better flow properites due to its unique formulation even at low ambient temperatures. Along with good fluidity and good flow property and extended pot life, GROUT EP is usable and placable in awkward and inaccessible gaps. tThe product is supplied in three components, i.e. base, hardener and graded aggregates.
The product can be easily poured and trovelled and has good bonding with steel and concrete surfaces, with excellent chemical and weathering resistence.

ADVANTAGES:
1. Ready to use
2. Ultra high early and ultimate strength
3. Non shrink
4. Good flow properties
5. Resistant to oil and water penetration and excellent chemical resistence.
6. Excellent adhesion
7. Resin based hence self-cured

AREAS OF USAGE: GROUT EP is meant for precision grouting of cranes, tracks, heavy machinery, studds, dowel bars, anchoring and places where high early strength is of prime importance.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

1. Surface Treatment: The surface should be sound, clean and free from contamination, laftance, oil and grease.
2. As supplied the GROUT EP consists of 3 components.
The hardener should be added to the resin and the two components thoroughly mixed, preferably with mechanical means until a uniform liquid is obtained.
Then add filler and continue mixing until a homogeneous flowing mortar is achieved.
No surface priming is necessary. The material should be allowed to stand for 5 minutes prior to use to allow de-aeration.
For large volume, apply in more than one layer.

STORAGE LIFE: GROUT EP has a shelf life of one year in manufacturer's unopened sealed containers in dry condition above 10°C and protected from direct sunlight.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS: Cleanliness in handling epoxy resins is essential. To prevent skin irritation, wear gloves and goggles.
