Low Viscosity Injection Grout
Introduction
GROUT
LV is a solvent-free low viscocity injection liquid based an high
strength epoxy resin grouting systems formulated
to give high strength material. GROUT LV is ideal for repairing
cracked structural members by injection for waterproofing, strengthing
and for structural integrity. GROUT LV is a low viscosity liquid
based on epoxy resin with blended hardners. GROUT LV is used to
fill and seal cavities and cracks in structural components such
as columns, beams, foundations, decks and water retaining structures.
APPLICABLE STANDARDS: complies with ASTM C 881.87 type 1 class
B.C .

METHOD
OF USE
Crack surfaces must be clean, free from standing water and loosely
adhering particles, cement laitance and foreign particles should
be removed.
Mix both resin and hardner together for at least 3 minutes with
a mixing peddle attached to slow speed electric drill until smooth
consistency and homogeneous mixture of uniform colour achieved.
Use automated injection equipment or manual method set appropriate
injection parts based on system used. Inject GROUT LV with
steady pressure after adhesive seal has cured.
Minimum crack width for application 0.1 and 4mm respectively. Minimum
age of new concrete 28 days. Not to be injected under hydrostatic
pressure.
STORAGE LIFE: GROUT LV may be stored for a year in manufacturer's
undamaged sealed containers in dry conditions above 10°C and
out of direct sulight.
