ROCKGROUT
Thixotropic High Strength Polyester Grout.

Introduction

ROCK GROUT is a very versatile product based on premeasured blend of polyester resins & graded fillers. The product is specially designed for steel bass & where pull out strength & high early strength is of prime importance. It can be also used for grouting & anchoring of bolts in to concrete, stone, machinery & brickwork. Rock grout cures very rapidly at low ambient temperatures. ROCK GROUT can be used on vertical, overhead & horizontal surface provide the hole diameter exceeds bar diameter by atleast 4 mm & maximum of 25 mm. Rock grout is permanent installation product for reinforcement dowelling, foundation bolts, hand rails, safety fences, base plates, railway tracks & tie back anchor for tower cranes.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
(1) Pot life 10 to 15 minutes at 30°C.
(2) Density - 1.90gms/cc.
(3) Compressive strength 24 hours- 50N/mm², 28 days-85/mm².
(4) Application temperature 5°C to 45°C.
(5) In service -5°C to 65°C.

Application Guidelines

1) If new hole is to drilled drill it by rotary action. If the holes are already drilled, they should be cleaned with air pressure.
2) Mix the resin & powder thoroughly by stupla or steel rod. Apply using suitable means in to the hole, support the rod or immersed thing for five minutes.

9 months when stored in factory sealed pack in dry & sealed condition. Refer our technical tem for special application & further details.
