Polymer Reinforced Repair Mortar

Introduction

CONPATCH AP is two component premeasured cementitious consisting of blend of graded aggregates, selected cementitious material & admixture in 25 kg bag & 5 Ltr of scientifically proportioned emulsified co-polymer. The polymer-reinforced mortar prevents damage from mechanical impact & abrasion, environmental deterioration from sulphates & chloride & chemicals destruction from mild acids, caustic soda & other atmospheric chemicals contaminants. The mini micron sized particles ensure positive penetration in to the smallest capillaries to double normal bonding planes. Conpatch AP is flowable with lifetime bonding qualities for durable long lasting patch repair.

Application Guidelines

1) Good surface preparation methods to be followed ensuring good & clean surface.
2) Pre wet the surface to allow maximum abborption. After drying of surface apply bond coat of conbond SBN.
3) The liquid component of Conpatch AP should be emptied in a vessel & powder slowly poured. Mixing should be done with a electric drill with paddle attachment. Lay the prepared mortar immediately.
4) Curing for 2 to 3 days is advisable.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Component (A) 25 Kg powder & Component (B) 5 ltr liquid.
COVERAGE: Yield 12.7 ltr of mortar.

Shelf Life

12 months in original sealed bag. Keep in dry & cool area for storage.
