Introduction

SAFE COAT R is specially designed two pack product for steel & steel reinforcement to prevent them from corrosion & atmospheric contaminating actions. The product is enchried with zinc phosphate to give good & long anticorrosive property to steel & reinforcement.

Application Guidelines

1) Steel reinforcement should be thoroughly cleaned with wire brush. If any corrosion is seen apply Safe Coat RC, allow to dry for 2 to 3 hours to remove the rust.
2) Mix powder in to the liquid, and then apply by brush on reinforcement.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: 2 Kg Powder + 1Ltr liquid.
COVERAGE: It covers approx 1000 kg of 12 mm steel.

Shelf Life

9 to12 months if stored in cool & dry condition in shaded area in factory sealed pack.
