CURING AID WB/WBP

Introduction

CURING AID WB/WBP is water borne liquid curing compound to prevent premature water less from concrete. The product is a aqueous solution based on metallic silicates. The product reacts with free lime in the cement, which seals the pores there by reducing the evaporation rate from the mix & aids the curing process. Curing Aid WB is clear liquid, while Curing Aid WBP is white-pigmented liquid. The product is very economical to use & shows good curing efficiency. It can use on large areas of exposed concrete. Highways, roof slabs, retaining walls, priestess's beams & pies, cannel lining & water retaining structure.

Application Guidelines

1) Curing Aid WB/WBP should be applied as quickly as possible after the casting of concrete (or removal of foam work). There should not be any free water on the surface during application.
2) On horizontal surface curing Aid WB/WBP should be applied immediately after final tamping or trowelling. Do no over apply the product.
3) On vertical surface after removal of foam work damp the surface & than apply the product.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 1, 5,10,50 & 100 ltr drums.
COVERAGE: 1 ltr covers approx 45-55 sq ft depending on surface & texture.

Shelf Life

The product has a shelf life of one year is stored in sealed container protected from direct sunlight.
