Wax Emulsion Based Curing Compounds

Introduction

CURING Aid WX/WXP is a wax based curing compound formulated from low viscosity synthetic wax emulsion. The product is specially designed to give maximum curing efficiency in severe conditions. Curing Aid WX is a clear liquid while Curing Aid WXP is pigmented liquid. Curing Aid WX/WXP is formulated for application on freshly laid concrete, screeds, granolithic toppings & vertical surfaces to from a impervious & high reflective film on drying. The product can be used virtually at all concrete & plastered surfaces. The product replaces the older method of curing & results in saving in labour cost.

APPLICABLE STANDARD: Compiles to ASTM C 309-74.

Application Guidelines

1) For horizontal surface apply single coat by brush or spray as soon as excess surface water has dried out. This within 20 to 30minutes of finishing.
2) For vertical surface should be wetted with water after stripping the stutters. A wait for 5 to 10 minutes then apply Curing Aid WX/WXP.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 5,10,50 & 100 ltr drums.
COVERAGE: 1 ltr covers approx 40-50 sq ft depending on surface & texture.

12 months provided stored in cool & protect from direct sun light in company sealed container.
