EMULSIFIED MOULD RELEASE CHEMICAL

Introduction

Mould Release E is latest mould release agent with concentrated & emulsified chemical for work mould release agent based omn mineral oil, when mixed with water at 1:15 dilution it produces a thin film of stable release agent. Mould release (E) has an outstanding releasing properties & advantage over conventional oil. It may react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, which enables easy strapping from the hardened concrete. Mould release is an internationally used material & has an outstanding record of performance.

Application Guidelines

1) Clean the mould before application; no lumps dirt should be there on the surface.
2) Apply mould release- (E) by cloth sponge or brush.
3) Only one coat is sufficient.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 200 ml, 1,5,10 & 100 ltr.
COVERAGE: 16 ltr of emulsified will cover approx 4000 to 4200 Sq.Ft on steel surface.

Shelf Life

The product has shelf life of 12 months if stored under shaded condition.
