Introduction

Mould release (O) is a ready to use. Shutter release agent with non-staining prosperities for any type of formwork. Mould Release (O) is a mixing of mineral oil & special chemicals with good shutter release property without staining on concrete. Mould release (O) suitable for use with steam cured concrete. Its effective on both wood & metal shutter & mould. It can be used safely with white cement because of non-staining property. Mould release (O) is an internationally used material & has an outstanding record of performance.

Application Guidelines

1) Clean the mould before application; no lumps dirt should be there on the surface.
2) Apply mould release- (E) by cloth sponge or brush.
3) Only one coat is sufficient.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 200 ml, 1,5,10 & 100 ltr.
COVERAGE: 16 ltr of emulsified will cover approx 4000 to 4200 Sq.Ft on steel surface.

Shelf Life

The product has shelf life of 12 months if stored under shaded condition.
