MOULDRELEASE AGENT CUM SURFACE RETARDER
Introduction
Mould
Release SR is latest blend of mould release agent with latest compliance
of V.O.C issued by American Standard for testing material. It is
a special formulated blend of mineral oils & chemicals, which
gives easy mould release, & retardation of the top 5 mm concrete
on the steel plates. This unique properly of the product has its
importance for plasters without harming the concrete layer. The
retarder will produce a retardation of the top surface layer adjoing
the mould & the processed mineral oil will help demoulding the
shutters easily.
PHYSICAL
PROPERTIES:
1) Colour: Pale
(2) Specific Gravity: 1.06 at 30°C.
(3) Application temperature 5°C to 45°C.
(4) Applicable on all types of mould.

Application
Guidelines
1)
Clean the mould before application; no lumps dirt should be there
on the surface.
2) Apply mould release- SR by cloth sponge or brush.
3) Only one coat is sufficient.

Packing
and Coverage
PACKING:
Available in 5 ltr. and 10 ltr. packing sizes.
COVERAGE: Coverage is about 12-15M2 per ltr depending on
surface texture & porosity.

Shelf
Life
The
product has shelf life of 12 months if stored under shaded condition.
