Introduction
AQUAPLUG
is a single pack ready to use only powder used to stop running water
where con-ventional mortars would be washed away.
AQUAPLUG stops running water instantly by setting fast within 2
to 3 minitus depending on temprature.
AQUAPLUG stops leaks quickly to prevent costly water loss in concrete
tanks or further damage to property in basements. It is durable
and low porosity of the patch ensures permanance of the repair AQUAPLUG
is suitable and has similar thermal capability as parent concrete.
AQUAPLUG is a selected blend of special cement refined graded fillers,
chloride-free accelarating and a chemical set control system

METHOD
OF USE
Area to be plugged should be cut back, cleaned to get fresh surface.
In case of crack chase out the crack form a 10 mm x 10 mm shaped
groove and clean the area by wire brush.
Mix AQUAPLUG powder with sufficient water (1:3) to make uniform
stiff mortar consistency use hand gloves if hand mixing and plugging
by hand are desirable or use trowel. Hold till hydraplug sets for
plug-ging leak. Cure as per standard concrete curing practice.
STORAGE: AQUAPLUG has a shelf life of 12 months if kept unopned.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS: AQUAPLUG is non-toxic but alkaline.
Avoid Skin-contact gloves should be worn and splashes
sholud be washed off with clean water.
