Fast Setting Patching Compound

Introduction

CONPATCH C is specially formulated product to provide extremely fast repair compound for concrete floors & pavements. The product is supplied as single pack pre blended dry powder with perfect blend of organic compounds depressive agents & accelerators, which ensure rapid strength gain. The product is chloride free & specially designed for emergency patching of small areas of concrete. It is an ideal product for industrial floors with constant movement & roads with busy traffic.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
(1) Initial set- 20 minutes
(2) Pot Life 10 minute's at 30°C.
(3) Open to vehicular traffic 3 hours.
(4) Compressive strength 1day 35N/mm², 3 days 45N/mm².

Application Guidelines

1) The concrete surface should be sound & clean any contamination should be removed. The surface should be damped.
2) Before applying Conbond SBN as bonding agent the excess water should be removed.
3) Mix 25 kg of powder with 3-to 3.2-ltr of water & mix it with drill & paddle attachment. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Lay the material immediately because pot life is very less. Do not apply to layer above 40 mm.
4) Light curing for 48 hours is advisable.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 5 & 25 Kg H.D.P.E laminated bag.
COVERAGE: A 25 kg pack ideally covers 1.2m² at 10 mm thickness.

Shelf Life

9 to 12 months in original sealed bag. Keep in dry & cool area for storage.
