POLYMER MODIFIED NON-SHRINK CRACK FILLER.

Introduction

CRACKPACK is a specially formulated mortar with nonshrink & polymer additives ensuring high strength mortar. The crack to be filled should be a mortar with higher strength than parent surface.

Application Guidelines

1) The crack should be opened in 'v' groove.
2) All loose material to be hacked properly. Clean the crack with water jetting.
3) Use of Conbond SBN as a bonding agent is advisable.
4) Add crack pack powder with water and fill the crack with prepared mortar and finish.
5) Curing for two three days is advised.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 1 Kg & 5 Kg. packs.
COVERAGE: 5 Kg pack yields 2.6 ltr ensuring 4 RMT at 25 mm depth of crack.

Shelf Life

One year in sealed container in shaded area.
