SUPERSEAL-EP
FLEXIBLE EPOXY SEALANT & JOINT FILLER.

Introduction

Superseal EP is a specially blended & modified solvent free epoxy resin, which imparts good flexibility along with good adhesion to concrete surfaces. The product has the advantage of bonding even on damp surfaces. The low viscosity of Superseal EP is also advantageous from application point. The product is suitable for filling saw cut joint & cracks on the heavy-duty industrial floors & walls. Superseal EP is a two-pack solvent free epoxy resin with good flexibility to accommodate structural movements.

APPLICABLE STANDARD: Compiles to ASTM C 309-74.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
(1) Pot life at 30°C in 45 minutes.
(2) 24 hours hard time at 30°C.
(3) Full mechanical properties achieved at 7 days.
(4) Application temperature 5°C to 40°C.
(5) In service -5 to 70°C.

Application Guidelines

1) Good surface preparation methods to be followed before applying Superseal EP no primer is required for the product.
2) Pour base & hardner in a different container & mix thoroughly by a drill machine with paddle attachment use the resin it     self as a primer & apply on both side of joint by brush.
3) Pour the mix in to the joint or crack & finish properly.

Packing and Coverage

PACKING: Available in 1& 5 Kg pack.
COVERAGE: A 1 kg pack normally covers 2.5 to 3.0 M2 at 15 mm width & 10 mm thickness.

Shelf Life

At least 1 year in sealed container in stored in dry & shaded condition.
